2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To qualify for a return or replacement, you must provide an uninterrupted unboxing video.
- The video must clearly show the unopened package, the shipping label with your order details, the process of opening the parcel, and the specific defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- Edited, cropped, or spliced videos will not be accepted.
3. Strict 24-Hour Timeframe
The mandatory unboxing video and your return request must be shared with our support team within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered by the courier service. Requests received after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for review, return, or replacement.
4. How to Initiate a Claim
If your order meets the criteria above, please email our customer support team or contact us via our official support channel. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach the mandatory unboxing video. Once our team verifies the video, we will guide you through the next steps for your replacement or refund.
