6. Strict Returns and Replacement Policy
Your purchases are subject to Arketa's strict Return & Replacement Policy:
  • Conditional Acceptance: Returns or replacements are strictly limited to items that arrive physically damaged, defective/not working, or incorrect.
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must record an uninterrupted, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and revealing the issue. [1]
  • 24-Hour Deadline: This video and your claim must be submitted to Arketa within 24 hours of package delivery. No exceptions will be made.

7. User Comments, Feedback, and Product Reviews
  • We welcome and allow product reviews and user comments on our website.
  • By posting comments or reviews, you grant Arketa a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and edit that content across our channels.
